Looking for any info on Thomas Henry Morton. Born April 14, 1898 -- probably in Vance Co., NC - and died in VA Hospital in Salisbury, NC in April 1968. Thomas was the son of Alexander and Katie Lucas Morton. He married Ellen Preddy abt. 1920 and they divorced before 1930. Last known residence (in 1950s) was Raleigh, NC. He is said to be buried in Lexington, NC. Siblings are said to include: Charlie, Lawrence, "Junior", Florence and Samuel. Samuel died in the early 1990s in GA. This line is my maternal grandfather.
