I have been unable to get into the 1851 US Census and after checking the Passenger List for the Ship 'Georges' on 5 July 1855, found there were no Morrows listed either passenger or crew. I will contact Jeff Morrow to see if we can lock it down a bit better. I will let you know if successful. By the way, it appears that if you are Australian and you and your family lived/live in NSW, we may be related. Hugh had a daughter 'Emily Jane' who married William John Martin at Glebe in Sydney, and had a son William and as I know it, at least four other daughters. My grandmother was Emily's sister Julia who married John Gibbs and produced my mother Muriel. When I was young, Emily came to live with us in Canberra and stayed until she died at home in 1958.
