TN. they had one son,BiIlie David Howard (he was adopted by his step father, hense the different surname). i think russell morrow died in the past 5 or so years, possibly in oakland TN (near Memphis.) i know nothing about his parents, other marriages or other children. if anyone can help get me started, i would greatly appreciate it. thank you.
