Morrow in the 1900 census Scott Co AR, James twp pg 244, Morrow, William P. age 43 born Feb 1857 Indiana, parents born Indiana. Wife Melvina, ch: Franklin 17, Lee A 15, Luella 13, Benjamin 11, Mary 8, Isaac (nephew) 13. I think I found William in the 1880 census Arkansas, Clark County, Caddo twp pg 475 Morrow, Jno age 53 born SC parents SC; son Wm (William) age 24 born IN, father born SC, mother born Ky; son John age 10 born IN, father SC mother Ky. Next neighbor is Jno Walker age 21 born Tx, wife Nannie 21 born Indiana (this is probably William's sister Nancy); next neighbor is Thomas Morrow age 29 born In; father born SC mother Ky; his wife Elza 26 dau Lillie. (this is William's brother & family). I think I found this same family in the Indiana 1870 census, Lawrence Co, Shawswick twp Bedford Post Office, pg 516, dated 25 June 1870: dwelling 323 family 323: Morrow, John C. age 47 farmer, born SC or NC; wife Martha age 44 born Kentucky; dau Martha age 25 born Indiana, son Thomas 19 In; William 16 In; Nancy 11 In; John 9/12 In. So bottom line is I think your William Preston Morrow's parents are John & Martha ____ Morrow per 1870 census. Hope this helps you.
