    3. My GGGGgrandfather is William Morrow whose daughter, Ann, married William Wallace 12 August 1808 in Barren County, Kentucky. The earliest documentation that I have for Wm. Morro is in Buncombe Co., North Carolina buying land in 1798 & selling it in 1807 prior to moving to Barren Co., KY. I think that he was in or near Newberry County, South Carolina before moving to Buncombe Co. The Morrow, Wallis/Wallace and Jay families were closely associated & intermarried These families moved to Franklin County Tennessee where they are shown on the 1812 tax list and then to Warren County, TN where William Morrow dies c. 1828 and his estate sale registered there in January 1829. The Wallis/Wallace, Jay & other associated families had moved to Hall County Georgia around 1824, before Wm. Morrow's death. Any assistance to learn more about these families would be very much appreciated. M.G.
