He calls Daniel the father of David who patented 300 acres in Norfolk Co in 1651. He doesn't cite any evidence, and the connection is rejected by those who have researched in the area. David (we'll call him "David I") had a wife named Ann and sons named Alexander, David and John. Ray's book traces several generations of what he calls Daniel's descendants, including the David I branch. There are lots of errors, so I haven't directly copied his work. I know that he goes down at least five generations from David I in some places, as he at that point connects into what might be my family and I have the copies somewhere. As far as the specific family you reference, I have them to some degree in the file I've compiled. According to a family descendant's record, the David you mention maried Agnes White. My record of their family can be found here: http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=morrowdna&id=I355 Note the record of their son Samuel - his pension records say he was born in Baltimore, Maryland and his parents lived in Chester Co, SC in 1776. The sons however seem to have scattered, including the 6 I know nothing about. The Worldconnect file for this project does not trace daughters unless they themselves married Morrows. Its purpose is to generate interest and participants in the DNA project. Only male line descendants can participate. I do note daughters in the notes when I find them, however. Regards, Amelia
