Sorry to be over excited, but that's a really dangerous assumption. Since these are Southern lines, in particular, records are scarce and many connections, particularly before 1800, are difficult to prove. As the file notes, the file is a collection of research collected from various Morrow researchers, most of whom appear to know what they're talking about *at least for most of their information*. Everyone makes a leap at some point. Speaking of which, it looks like this family has such a leap. Somewhere. Joseph says he was born in Ireland in 1760. Problem: the man who would be his brother, Samuel Morrow, gave his birth in his Rev War papers as 19 Mar 1760 in Baltimore, MD. However, Samuel is tied to his brothers John and David, but not to Joseph, as far as I know. So one or the other may not be David and Agnes' son. On the other hand, Joseph says he enlisted from Chester Co, SC, which is also where Samuel and John enlisted. So that would suggest a relationship is not out of the question. I'll ask one of our participants who has researched this family. Thank you for the concrete info on Joseph - I didn't have any as of yet. I have some census info from the son John you indicated - they ended up in Dallas Co, AL. Amelia
