I don't know if this is your Pressley Morrow or not. No other Pressley Morrow shows up in 1910 or 1920 census. Here is what is listed. John W. Morrow as head of household, age 45 or 48....can't tell Sarah A., wife, age 47 Claud, son, age 24 Exil (? spelling),age 18 Huston, son, age 13 Pressley, son, age 11 Herme or Hermen, son, age 9 Cristen (? spelling), daughter, age 6 Jimmy, son, age 2 1/2 It list the Renumeration District as 30-21 and was done 18 april, 1930.
