I was reading the Sherbondy web site at work today (don't tell my boss) and got very excited with what I found. I couldn't wait to get home to write and tell you that I'd found "my Harriett"; and her father, and her mother, and her grandparents, and even her great-grandparents. It was a good day. I wrote to one of the Sherbondy's asking if they had a copy of Harriett and Abraham's marriage certificate; since they were very specific about it having occurred in 1870. I'd like to see if it names Abraham's father and mother. The only male left alive would be my son, but he's not a direct Morrow male, he's 3 maybe 4 generations away; my grandmother's brothers being the last Morrow males. From my grandmother to my son it was all females. Would that matter in a DNA test? Wonder what nationality "Sherbondy" is.
