My husband's ggrandmother was Emeline Morrow b 5 Nov 1842 married William Debent Purcell in 1864 at Peoria, Peoria County, IL. I finally located her father, James Morrow, last night in 1860 census for Peoria. He was quoted as 60 years of age and his wife Sarah A. was 30. If Sarah was Emeline's mother she would have given birth at 13. Do you have any info on this family?
