You can call any LDS Church (Mormon Church) and ask for the phone number of the nearest Family History Center. I'm not exactly sure how it works (borrowing procedures and such) but they should be able to order it from Salt Lake City, if there isn't a copy closer. I don't know if you'll be able to borrow it and take it out or if it is only on microfiche/microfilm but you can ask all those questions.
