He was married to a "Martha McNeilly" and they had a son (my gg grandfather) named Joseph. I believe that Andrew was the son of William Gibson and Isabella Gibson. Mattie is often a nickname for Martha, and it is not unlikely they are the same person. Have you obtained any more information on Mattie McNeilly's ancestors?
