I just found out today while doing some research on my great greandmother that she married my great grandfather Bill Morrow from Wichita Kansas. He was a widower with two daughters Mona and Donna. They married and moved to Albuquerque where the spent the rest of their lives. I'm not exactly sure what year this was when she married my great grandfather. My grandmother was born in 1904 and married at 18 then moved to Hollywood Ca., a few years later she moved to Wichita where she met and married my Great grandfather Bill. There could be some kind of relation there? Lennie Smith Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. 1. [MORROW] Death of Dr. Morrow
    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Author: maryachtrh Surnames: Classification: death Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.morrow/2122/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Appears in The Terrell Texas Star, 11 January 1890 reads... Frozen in Ice Pueblo, Colorado, January 3 - Yesterday evening the body of Dr. Morrow, one of the oldest resident physicians of the city, was found frozen into the ice on the south bank of the Arkansas River by a Missouri Pacific switchman. For nearly two weeks the men in the railroad yards had noticed something lodged in the river, but had taken no trouble to examine what it might be. The boys have often used it for a target against which to throw pieces of slug and rock, and it was not until yesterday that sufficient curiosity was aroused to lead to an investigation, which resulted in the discover of a human body frozen in the ice. The doctor left his ranch near Arlington, since which nothing has been heard of him, although his wife had become alarmed and for several days has been making an effort to get trace of him. Murder or robbery evidently was not the cause of his taking off, as nearly thirty dollars was found on his clothes. Deceased was fifty-three years of age, and occasion! ally drank more than he should. Some think that when he boarded the train he was drunk, and while standing on the platform of the car as it crossed the river he fell of and was drowned.
