Mass Vital Records show she died at age 33 in Hopkinton, Massachusetts: Hogan Mary, a widow, d. in Hopkinton Feb. 22, 1861 148 107 Death Consumption Parents Thomas and Mary Morrissey b. Ireland She was the mother of two boys, Edward and John. Edward was b. about 1857 in Massachusetts. We believe both boys were subsequently admitted to the Bridgewater Asylum. John was there in Bridgewater in 1865. Edward moved on to Monson. From there he went to live with the Joseph Pierce family in Putnam CT and later settled in Mystic, CT, as Edward C. Coogan.
