My eldest Morrissey is John born New York c1831, By 1864 he was married to Catherine McNulty, had a daughter and was living in New Orleans. By 1868 he has 3 known children and lives in Maplegrove in Manitowoc county. He dies 14jan1884. Half my road block is that I do not know his siblings or parents - to find him on the census in the early days. I do not know of a connection here Tim - but thank you. And I do know another Morrissey, but do not know if she is subscribed - I'll caontact her if she might have a connection. Does anyone have further info for a JOhn Morrissey in Manitowoc County?
