My grandmother was Mary Gow nee Morrisey, died 1929 aged 28. Her parents were Michael Morrissey and Catherine Avis Morrissey, her grandfather was also Michael Morrissey. She had three sisters: Jessie, Julia and Williamina. Believe the Morrisseys may have come to Scotland from Cork but no info on when or why.
