Recently, I've been trying to put together a clear, precise family tree, which has turned out to be one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life. Johnny's parents were Timothy (Christopher, I believe is his middle name) Morrissey (b. between 1795-1815), who was married to Julia (Last name Unknown). They had Johnny, and a number of other children. One of which, although I don't think is well documented is John Andrew Morrissey. John Andrew married Charlotte Powers, and had six children. Their names: Leonard, Lurleene, Brian (Who I believe is dead: b.Dec 2, 1936 d.Nov 4 1996), Terrence (Who I believe is dead, too: b. Feb 19, 1930 d. Apr 5, 1998), William, and John Ambrose Morrissey. John Ambrose Morrissey is my grandfather, born in Detroit, Michigan, on March 3, 1925- and died on April 1, 1985. John Ambrose had eleven children.
