He was born in Ireland in the 1850's, immigrated about 1881 and he died in 1948. His wife was Mary Dwyer. Known children were: Margaret John Lawrence Edward Anna William H. Julia Edward and his sister Mary Hannan are noted as out of town visitors at the 1913 funeral of another Edward Morrisey in Galesburg, IL. Given the age spans of the people involved, I believe that Ed in Galesburg was an uncle to the ones in Nebraska. They must have been closely related if they traveled 400 miles in 1913 for the funeral. I do know for sure they were not his own children. Mary Hannan also married her husband William 1885 in Galesburg, IL.
