Oooops. Wasnt there somebody looking for folks from Wisconsin. I have an alter ego, WayBack Morrisseys, who were in Chippewa Falls WI. Joseph Morrissey was born about 1855, probably in New Ireland. He married Bridget Thornton , daughter of John Thornton and Bridget Heffernan, and a native of Tipperary, Ireland on Oct 27 1885. Their wedding took place in Notre Dame Church , Chippewa Falls, Winsconsin. The Morrisseys raised four children in Winsconsin- Amelia, Bridget, John and Thomas. Joseph died on July 23, 1923 in St Josephs Hospital, Chippewa Falls and was buried in Notre Dame Cemetery . His wife died on June 28, 1953 in St Paul Minnesota and was buried with her husband.
