    3. Shelley: Hope this dosen't lead to your confusion, but maybe it will help. My Dad was George W. Simcox. He was adopted by Perry and MARTHA Simcox in, I believe, 1905. Its possible that your MARTHA COX aka: MARY SIMCOX, could be my grandfathers sister. I have absolutely no information on my Simcox grandparents except names: Perry Simcox and Martha McIntyre. At least you know that there were Simcoxs in Doniphan! My parents were:George W. Simcox 1893-1955 Mary E. (Brooks) Simcox 1895-1971. Good luck!

    3. Just looked for Simcox in the Ripley Co. History Book, found none, but several pages for Cox.....
