"I regret to inform you the Phoebe Braschler, our historical society's membership secretary, head of the museum gift shop, genealogy researchers and wife of RCHS Vice President Eugene Braschler, passed away Monday morning after a massive heart attack. The church service Friday will be at the 1st Baptist Church of Poplar Bluff followed by burial in Pratt Cemetery.
