9-12-02 Dear Libbie, Thanks for the message about John P. Ponder. I have Thomas A. Ponder born between 1824-1825 and his son, Thomas A. Ponder, born December 1857. His children are Martha, Mary, Holloway, Albert, Thomas A., and Treasey. I don't know Thomas A. Ponder's parents. I don't have the brother's birth place (county) in TN nor marriage date for Thomas A. to Jane Powers? Do you have the approximate year of birth for John P. Ponder? I assume that Daniel Kinzie Ponder is the father of John P. Ponder. So, do you have any more information on John P. Ponder's father Daniel? It might lead me to his brother Thomas A. Ponder.
