They lived in Doniphan. There is a section on Deckers in this book, beginning with David William Decker (1847-1950) born in terre Haute, IN, son of John Wesley and Matilda J. Rockwell Decker. Let me know if I can give you any more information from this article. There is little information on Pearl, but some information on the Jaco family. Maybe checking with the Railroad will help.
