Rufus McCamey's parents were Willis A. McCamey, b. 5 Apr, 1853, d. 6 Dec, 1931 and Melissa Ann Johnson, b. 5 Sep, 1863, d. 31 Aug, 1947. Rufe had 2 siblings, George and Fred. He married Rosa Ann Lacey and they had six children, Delsie (Dea), Delphie, Ed, Luther, Oscar (Doc), and Elsie. (That is not the correct order of birth--don't know that.) Two of the children are still living, Dea McCamey Tucker living in Tucker, MO and Ed living in California. Dea married my dad's brother, Will Tucker, so I have known the family all my life.
