Matt - it would be great if you could look up their names. (JOHN HENRY BURNLEY, WILLIAM HENRY PLUNK, Plunk's wife SOPHIA ANGELINE NISWONGER PLUNK) The Burnleys and Plunks both had large farms south and west of Doniphan (near Poiner and Ponder Grandpa said). The Burnley farm was a homestead and the Plunk farm was operated by a large family of Plunks. They are my Grandfather Burnley's ancestors. My Grandfather, Ira Green Burnley was born 1893 in Doniphan and they all moved to Okla in 1908. I am writing a book about them and would LOVE more information.
