    3. Matt, No problem, I did take your email with me that you had sent saying you were interested in the cabin and Patterson family, so that is the reason I looked the place up and must confess once I got there, I went hog wild on taking photos :-))) As soon as I get them back I will get them scanned and if you wish to email me privately and send me your home address, I will have copies made of the photos I took at the museum and send them to you. 3. Becky, I appreciate it very much! Scanned copies would work great. Thanks for taking the time to go out there and shoot some pics for me and remembering me. :-) For that matter, everyone on this list has been so nice to help out not just me but others who post requests on here as well. I only hope that one day I can give a little back for all that this list has given me. Thanks Again, Matt -----Original Message----- From: Becky Pyland Davis [mailto:becdavis@fidnet.com] Sent: Thursday, June 02, 2005 5:27 PM To: MORIPLEY-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [MORIPLEY] Note from List mom - Cemetery Project - Please read ATTN: Becky Matt, No problem, I did take your email with me that you had sent saying you were interested in the cabin and Patterson family, so that is the reason I looked the place up and must confess once I got there, I went hog wild on taking photos :-))) As soon as I get them back I will get them scanned and if you wish to email me privately and send me your home address, I will have copies made of the photos I took at the museum and send them to you. 1. Reminicent History of the Ozark Region
    2. Matt Patterson
    3. I have just came into posession of this lengthy document that was published in 1894. It contains a general history, a brief history of each county, and numerous biographical sketches of prominent citizens in each county. Ripley is included in this document as are many other counties in the Southern MO and Northern AR region. There are also a BUNCH of biographical sketches on many folks that lived in the region. If you have any relatives who lived in Ripley or surrounding counties during the time from when the County was founded til around 1890 or so they may be listed in here. I'll be happy to do lookups for folks and if there is enough interest I may see if Jackie will post this to the Ripley website. Matt Patterson
