Try the Ray County Genealogy (or Historical) Association. There is an Alder in Richmond who (I think) is in the insurance business. My ancestor of that name was Willis Dossen Alder and he lived in Rayville. One of his daughters was Amanda Caroline Alder who became my grandmother.
