It is interesting that my maiden name is Summers and they are from the Hardin area. I don't know of any connection to your names though. But, I did do some research at ancestry.com and came up with the following timeline. I hope it will be helpful to you. I developed a timeline to help me sort out what I had found. 1850: page 305A 1850 Ray County Census Milton VANNOY, Elizabeth and Mary T. DORMAN, age 16 1850: page 377B 1850 Ray County Census William CINTON, age 25, born OH. He was a stage driver living with the William ESTES family. 1851: William SCINTON married Mary T. DORMAN, 23 Mar 1851, Ray County, MO. 1852/54: Nancy CINTON was born 1857: Mary T. CINTON married Jacob STORM 10 Mar 1857. 1860: Milton & Elizabeth VANNOY, Richard STORMS, Nancy CINTON Ray County Census Page 7. (Nancy CINTON & Richard STORMS must be siblings) 1868: Milton E. VANNOY died 7 Nov and buried in Hardin Cemetery 1870: page 2 Ray County Census Jacob & Mary STORMS and children. 1870: page 9 Ray County Census Elizabeth VANNOY 1880: page 456B Ray County Census Jacob & Elizabeth STORMS and family. A William BREWER was in the household in 1870 & 1880. (Maybe Mary T. died and Jacob remarried)? I don't know what the connection is to the VANNOY family. Jeanne
