Mo in 1871 June 25 Jeptha Mills was the only Mills living in Ray Co Mo in 1880 that was born in Tenn. Mary Mills was born in Tenn and her parents were born in Tenn.Mary was born 1855 , i still need an earlier marriage for Jeptha also, if he is her father.the earliest marriage i have for him is to to Theresa Ann Williams 27April 1859.they married in Ray Co. pg 109.Have ordered that marriage certificate to double check on marriage date.
