(original message copied below) ELIZABETH E. SUMMERS DIES EARLY TODAY Mrs. Elizabeth Emaline Summers, 87, route 1 Orrick, died at about 1:30 a.m. today at her home. Funeral services for Mrs. Summers will be held 2p.m. Friday at Prichard Funeral home. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery. She was born July 6, 1864, in Ray county, the daughter of Thomas and Lidia Siegel Turner. On October 19, 1883. she was married to W. D. Summers. He preceded her in death on February 3, 1939. Surviving are a son, Milo Summers, this city; five daughters, Mrs. Wiley Woods, Red Brush district, and Mrs. Claude Woods, Mrs. Neeley Woods, Mrs. George R. O'Dell and Mrs. Clarence O' Dell, all of Orrick. Four brothers, George Turner and Woodson Turner, this city; Thomas Turner, Orrick, Milton Turner, Smithville; three sisters Mrs. Cynthia Camden, Plattsville, Colo., Mrs. Serena Bogart, Orrick and Mrs. Mary Mills, Orrick; 21 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
