Matheney; Thomas Russell b. 1837 in Ireland; Margaret Russell b. 1842 in Ireland married 12 Dec 1863 in Ray Co., Mo. to John Ballard; William Russell b. 1842 in Ireland; James Russell b. 1845 in Ireland; and a daughter b. 1822 in Ireland. This daughter had the first initial of "M". I have Samuel marrying 24 Dec 1857 in Ray Co., Mo. I have Rutha remarrying on 5 Jan 1870 to a James B. Payson. Unfortunately none of these people are related to our line of Russells. Hope some of this helps you out.
