    3. Paula, I have Sneed in my line. Louisa Jane Sneed (1811-1889), daughter of John Thomas Sneed and Mecca Isabel Graham, married to John Taylor Young (1800-1854). Louisa Jane Sneed was my 3g grandmother. Any connects? I would be happy to share what information I have collected.     3. Dear Ann, Thanks for your note on the Sneed family. Your Louisa Jane was the younger sister of my great-great-grandfather, Silas Sneed. I guess that would make us first cousins something like four or five times removed, but don't quote me on that.
