Burial will be in the O'Dell cemetery. Good Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Woods died at 5:05 oclock Saturday afternoon at his home, seven miles northwest of Orrick. He had been in failing health the past several years, but was active until the day of his death. He had walked nearly a mile for the mail Saturday morning and complained of not feeling well when he returned to the house. He went to bed and died that afternoon. He was born July 31, 1875, in the Red Brush community and had lived his lifetime there. He was the last of twelve children of Isaac and Elizabeth (Tarwater) Woods, both native Ray countains.
