Hello Everyone, There is, indeed, an Enon Cemetery. It is very near the Ray/Clay county line. I cannot remember which county it is in for sure but I believe that it is in Clay county. To get to Enon Cemetery, take N highway south out of Excelsior Springs going toward Orrick. Turn left onto Greenwood road. Then take a left on the next road that you come to.......I believe that it is Aldrich Road. Follow this road, I am not sure how far, but Enon Cemetery will be on the left hand side of the road. There used to be a church there years ago but it is long since gone now. It is a very neat little cemetery and pretty well taken care of. To get to Union Baptist Church and Cemetery, you would take N highway south out of Excelsior Springs. There will be a sign, I believe, directing you to Union Baptist Church. Stay on N highway on past Greenwood road and it should be the next left hand turn, I think. As I said.....there should be a sign directing you to Union Baptist Cemetery. Union Baptist Cemetery is across the road from the Church and it is well taken care of as well. On the GNIS website the old Siegel Cemetery is listed as Turner Cemetery. I have contacted them about this error and they told me that I need to take a picture of a sign or something like that and send it to them and then they will change the name of the cemetery on their website. Just giving you this information in case someone is looking for the location of the Siegel Cemetery and having problem. It is fairly close to Enon Cemetery. I know all the roads in that area like the back of my hand because my grandparents lived in that area and I spent summers with them and my cousins. The problem is that I am not all that familiar with the actual names of the roads. Hope this helps someone out. Patsy Dene Turner Carnoali
