A lot of his descendants moved to Ray Co. I have been going through old family pictures, and have found a picture that is labled the Thomas Petree family which has a man and woman, and another picture of 2 young men, one who is named John Petree. My family came from Ray Co., MO. We are descendants of John Sharp Kincaid, John Hampton Mayberry, John Pierce Grimes, Johnston Edgar. I do not know if the Thomas Petree family is related to the Petree's in MO, but I feel that they may be connected. Am interested in any details that anyone is willing to share on these families. I will send a copy of the pictures that I have to anyone who would like a copy.
