Of course it is no longer a poor house. It is the Ray County Museum, 901 W. Royle, Richmond, MO 64085. We do not have a complete list of people who lived/stayed there until it closed. It was a self supporting operation. It is my understanding that most who were there were sent by the court. There is a small cemetery a short distance behind the building.
