This is not specific info on your question about Lizzie Crowley--but it may give you a clue. David Parker and his family (he had 14 children) were southern sympathizers in Ray Co during the Civil War. At the end of the war he and many members of his family and their relatives (but not all) left for OR. Some settled in Parker Station OR--but a few joined other existing family in Jackson. I know that one of his sons, Jasper Newton Parker married Susan Crowley in Richmond, Ray Co MO on 25 Jan 1866. I believe that they stayed in the area following the war--you might check the History of NW Missouri pp 934-935 for additional info on that family (I haven't seen it but have heard it gives more info on this particular Parker Crowley family). This would seem to be the era of your Lizzie Crowley and the family migration seems to be similar. Hope it helps.
