This came to me via a third party and I can't say the information is factual. The person that gathered the information rates it as "reasonably compatible." William Lee born between 1760-1770. Married Mary Eoff on 15 Jan. 1795 in Madison County, KY. They believed to have lived in Pulaski County, Ky for a period of time. Then went to Bedford County, TN and finally to Ray County, MO. The typed copy of the information lists their children as John, Alexander, William, Catherine, Mary, Margaret, Susannah and Eliza. Following the typed list of children someone has written in the following names: Martin, Elizabeth Robinson, Sarah Ellison (Allison?), S. Moore. I am searching for a John Lee born abt 1808 In Kentucky who married 20 Nov 1833 in Ray County MO Stacey Phillips born abt 1817 in Tennessee. She died before 15 Aug 1848 when John Lee married Margaret Rains. John and Stacey had children Plly Ann, Jesse F, Sarah Margaret, William A and Martha Jane. Children named in Stacey's brother Richard Phillips will. Is there a connection between John Lee, with son William Lee and your William Lee of Ray County MO?
