I would love to help you but I could not find them either. Most of my records are only for Ray County and I do have vast records for that county. Their are only 6 Smith family living in Ray County on the 1900 Census and none of them are them. I also looked at the 1910 and they are not there either. Smith is a hard name I have Smith on my line as well. Good Luck, if you need further look ups for Ray County let me know. JOan
I see on rootsweb that you are most helpful in finding families in numerous censuses. My mother, Maybell Smith, claims to have been born in Camden, Ray County, Missouri in July, 1900. However, I have been unable to locate her family there. I wonder if you could find them for me. Her mother's name: Maud C. Egger, b. 1878 Her father's name: Harry C. Smith, b. 1877 (a.k.a. George William Smith which is his legal name) Her sister: Jeanette Bernice Smith, b. 1903 (in Kansas, I believe) Since George William Smith had married Cora Martin in Illinois in 1897 and remained married in the 1920 Census in Stoddard Co., MO, George used the name Harry C. Smith for his second family. The Harry C. Smith family appears in the 1910 Census in Cameron, Clinton Co., MO. and again in 1920 Springfield, Greene Co., MO. Evidently, according to my mother, there was a third family in the state of Washington. I haven't even begun to look for that family. I would simply like to locate the place of birth of my mother, and the marriage (?) of Maud and Harry. Perhaps you can help untangle my family. Any information would be greatly appreciated. This came to me via a third party and I can't say the information is factual. The person that gathered the information rates it as "reasonably compatible." William Lee born between 1760-1770. Married Mary Eoff on 15 Jan. 1795 in Madison County, KY. They believed to have lived in Pulaski County, Ky for a period of time. Then went to Bedford County, TN and finally to Ray County, MO. The typed copy of the information lists their children as John, Alexander, William, Catherine, Mary, Margaret, Susannah and Eliza. Following the typed list of children someone has written in the following names: Martin, Elizabeth Robinson, Sarah Ellison (Allison?), S. Moore. If you have any more details, I would appreciate your making them available. Thanks.

William was born 6-15-1821 in TN. We know by the births of his children that he moved to Ray Co. MO sometime between 1843 and 1849. His first wife whom we believe was a Robison/Robinson died sometime between April 1849 and March 1851. We desperately need her name and possibly a death date and burial place on her. We also know that between Sept. 1850 and March 1851 he married Elizabeth Thacker who is shown on the Ray Co., MO 1850 census living at home with her parents GB and Mary Thacker. Any information about William's first wife, a marriage record of him to Elizabeth or information about his parents or siblings would be most greatly appreciated. Thank you

Click on Search for Ancestors and type in the Nancy Jordan with the surname Boyer as the Spouse. Use Virginia as the state and you will find a lot of useful information on John and Nancy and family. There are two peoples names listed as submitters of the information with contact information for both of them. According to what these two people have submitted, Nancy was born in Rockingham County, VA and died there 9 April 1855. They believe that she and John Boyer were married in 1833 in that county. They give parents and grandparents for John along with the names and dates of John and Nancy's children. Hope this helps. Jeanne
