Hi everyone. I've just come across a marriage extract in Inveravon and here us how it reads: "John Grant alias McAdam in the Parish of Cabrach and Jean Gordon in this parish,( Inveravon ) being matrimonially contracted and orderly proclaimed, were married Dec.25, 1770." How can I go about finding where in Inveravon Jean Gordon came from? So far I have checked with the Libindx and it does not give me specific enough information on Jean Gordon. That is to say there are too many listings without dates. None for John Grant or McAdam Perhaps Gavin may have some suggestions? Williiam
