    3. Peter, I have ROBERTSONS in the same area. Helen ROBERTSON born 16 August, 1830 to James ROBERTSON and Jane NAIRN at Dallas. In 1841 Helen is living at Craigend, Dallas with her father's family James aged 80, Helen aged 90 and Alexander 55. I am not sure what has happened to Jane at this point, but Helen's father James ROBERTSON aged 45, mason born Morayshire appears on the 1841 census at High Street, Forres, but according to the marriage record had died by the time Helen married in 1850. Helen was left money in her grandfather Peter NAIRN's will, which was paid over for her to Hugh Duff MACQUEEN, hotel keeper of Forres until she reached 21yrs or married. Peter refers to Hugh Duff MACQUEEN as his nephew in his will. Helen ROBERTSON married Roderick MACINTYRE, farm servant in Burdsyards on 31st May, 1850. They lived in Forres, where Roderick, a labourer by trade, managed to get himself fined for drunk and disorderly conduct on 16 June 1851 and fined 7s 6d. Sadly Helen died at 123 High Street, Forres on 4 March, 1857 when only 26 years of age.
