Is anyone else researching McPhersons as represented by Anna Bella McPherson b. July 1835 in Edinkillie, Elgin? Father was a Donald Mcpherson married I think to a Margaret Barnet. The family were said to be land reclaimers, whatever that was. I understand that it was a couple of generations after Donald McP that a John Stuart McP was born, later clansman of theyear in 1960.
