A real boon finding you. As to Anne Stuart nee Grant, she had 5 children, when married, I think she lived in 3 Lamb St Bishophill in Elgin two of the children Jane 1870 and Thomas 1872 were born there.The next child Isabella Charlotte 1876 William Grant 1878 and my Grandfather Peter Joseph August 17 1880 all born a house called Rosemount in Chapeltown. Chapeltown is a very small stop end glen. She married William, at Old Machar in Aberdeen. His name on the cert is William John Stuart, he was 26, and his occupation was "provisions merchant". On the cert Anne was said to live at Shenval Glenlivet, and she was aged 27. I am going up to Glenlivet with my cousin, (also a member of the bloodline,) on 19th Sept, and hope to find more info.
