Hello, Just a small point, you may be better going to the Heritage Centre in Elgin rather than the Library. It is situated in an annexe of the old East End School in Institution Road. If you put 'Institution Road, Elgin' into Multimap you will see it is quite close to the present library. The road end is blocked at the A96 end and you can only access it from the other end of Institution Road or down Queen Street. It is at this end that the Heritage Centre is located.
