I have a Margaret INNES who married John WINSTER (Winchester) in 1771 in Drainie, both of this parish. At the baptism of their son Alexander in 1777, the witnesses were Alexander Paul in Plewland & Alexander Innes in ? House Do any of the INNES researchers know what the house name would be. It is split between two lines and the first part looks like "oven" and on the next line is "-ale", which is very clear. I can forward the OPR page if desired. -- Jo-Ann Croft
