Hi I do not believe you will be able to access the Newspaper Items online. After all what has been provided must have taken many hours to put together and to digitise and index all the newspaper items would be a colossal undertaking. We must be thankful that Moray Council has done what it has and I only wish other would follow suit. I do know you can obtain photocopies of newspaper items at GBP0.75 per sheet as I recently obtained some from them.
