Not knowing exactly whatt you mean by "this area" it is hard to be specific, but there were changes to the boundaries in both 1870 (under the "Inverness and Elgin County Boundaries Act" and again in 1891, as a result of the "Local Government (Scotland) Act. Thanks Gavin. The area I am interested in is more or less a circle joining Cromdale, Castle Grant estate(Tomabain, Delriach, Lyngarie) with Grantown and Old Spey Bridge area in particular, Duthil (Easter Duthil and Gallovie), and back over across the Spey to east of Nethy Bridge (Corchullie and Sleamore), and back up to Cromdale. The timespan is 1790s onwards.
