I have been researching OPRs in Moray for last 2 years.Ex teacher so okay at the deciphering illegible hand writing. Come from the Elgin area ( but living in Malaysia at present) so know the geography and place names, working part time so have time available and desparately awaiting the Freecen and OPR pages to be done so I can access them online.
