Im sorry Kathy I didnt get back to you yesterday I called and asked around and you have the right place and so did I, the two story house I was talking about that sat on the now empty lot was a store on one side of the bottom floor and living quarters up stairs, accordding to two people I taked to that were in the 70's and lived in that area all their lives.     3. Thank you Larry. That's wonderful that you were able to confirm that for me. It helps to back up the family story to know that my uncle recognized the right lot. He remembered the way it sloped upward as it went from the from to the back of the lot. Now all I have to do is find someone who might have a photograph of it. Wonder what it was called in 1930 in the Moberly Directory. I'm a couple of hundred miles from the Historical Society, but I know I had asked someone in the past to look up the directory in 1930 for the Levi Lloyd store and they said it wasn't listed. I wonder what name it went under? Is there a way to use the directory and look up an address, rather than a name? I've never seen the book. Thank you again Larry, this was extremely helpful to me.
