Karl Rice gave me a tour of the old Sycamore on one of my visits to MO. It initially may have been apartments, but it became a house of ill-repute during the war when the train would stop in Moberly and the military would go to the Sycamore for a little "R & R", if you know what I mean. If you ever have the opportunity to get Karl to show you the place and tell you some stories, don't miss it!
